We require 10+ years of B2B executive sales and sales leadership experience with strong oral communication and training platform skills. Qualified candidates should also have working knowledge of adult learning principles across various learning modalities. Practical experience at the executive level across various industries is a decided plus. Most of our Sales Consultants are independent contractors with their own related business.

Executive Sales Coaches
ProDirect Sales Coaches provide customized one-on-one and one-on-team sales development services to our clients. We require our coaches to have 10+ years of sales and sales leadership experience with a solid understanding of human behavior and motivation. Familiarity with skill and aptitude assessments a decided plus. Most of our Executive Sales Coaches are independent contractors with their own related business.
