Bill Walton
President and Founder

President and Founder: Bill Walton brings over 20 years of experience as a Sales Coach, Trainer and Author to his clients. He has worked extensively in the Financial Services, Medical Devices, Manufacturing and Business to Business industries with a deep background in working with salespeople, sales managers and company presidents. His clients include Prudential Financial, AvisBudget Group, Merrill Lynch and Stryker Spine to name a few. Bill has particular coaching and training expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Process Design. Bill publishes the Meaning More to Clients™ Sales Newsletter and is a featured guest on CNN. He is an adjunct professor at New York University and a featured contributor to Human Resource Executive Magazine. He is an active member in the Professional Society of Sales and Marketing Trainers, Sales and Marketing Executives International, and the International Coach Federation. Bill graduated magna cum laude from Connecticut State University with a degree in Business Administration and received a Masters in Human Resource Education from Fordham University.
  John Dullea
Executive Consultant

John Dullea is a Senior ProDirect consultant specializing in project management. John had deep and rich experience in planning and executing large-scale organizational change initiatives, managing complex sales training projects, and improving business operations. He has extensive experience in the areas of sales training, consulting and coaching, project management and support, training organization assessment, operations improvement, measurement and reporting strategies and business process analysis and improvement. Prior to his work with ProDirect, Mr. Dullea was Director of Delivery Operations and Project Quality for the Forum Corporation, an international training and consulting firm. Mr. Dullea holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Organizational Behavior and Operations/Strategic Management from Boston College and an undergraduate degree in English from Westfield State College.
  John C. Ford
Executive Consultant

John C. Ford specializes in Sales, Sales Management and Sales Organization Development. While John is an accomplished executive sales coach, his work also includes seminar development and delivery. John’s executive coaching experience includes work with a number of senior managers in Fortune 200 companies around issues of sales strategy, people development and career planning. Among his clients have been executives from Lehman Brothers, Moody’s Investors Services Inc., Omnicom Group, Meredith Corporation, and Deloitte and Touche. John has received a number of awards from organizations like the American Society for Training and Development, Sales and Marketing Management Magazine, the National Communication Association and the Public Relations Society of America. John is listed in Who’s Who in America and is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park.
  David Harper
Executive Consultant

David Harper is a Senior ProDirect Executive Consultant with a proven record in both domestic and international markets. He has extensive consulting and leadership experience, with expertise in business and financial management, as well as leadership and organizational development. Prior to his work with ProDirect, Mr. Harper served as Senior Vice President at Partners International, a privately held management consulting firm in Manhattan, serving the Fortune 500. Before being recruited to Partners, he led multi-stream consulting engagements for The Forum Corporation, a global leader in learning and management development. Mr. Harper is a Beta Gamma Sigma Medal recipient and graduate from Columbia University Graduate School of Business (MBA, Finance and Management), and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration as well as a BA in Psychology from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. He is an Accredited Associate of The Institute for Independent Business, as well as an Adjunct Professor of Finance & Management at South University in Savannah, Georgia.
  Ronna Lichtenberg

Ronna Lichtenberg is a Senior Executive Consultant specializing in helping companies mine the value of relationships. Ronna has a proven track record in strategy development, business development and relationship management training for field and sales leadership with particular expertise in the ultra high net worth, women’s and professional services industries. Consulting clients include and have included PricewaterhouseCoopers, AXA and Merrill Lynch. A nationally recognized business author and lecturer, Ronna has been seen as a business expert on every major morning network show and is frequently quoted as an expert on cable television and in national print.

Formerly a contributing editor for “O”, the Oprah magazine, Ronna was recently featured in the new “O” Anthology of best pieces to appear in “O”, and in the best-selling book on direct sales, More Build It Big. Prior to her consulting work, Ronna was a Senior Vice President with Prudential Securities. As head of Marketing, she developed new markets and new products, and was the first woman in the firm’s history named to its top management group, the Operating Council.
  John Orvos

John Orvos is a core ProDirect team member and founder and CEO of Sell-Masters, a national sales coaching forum. John specializes in helping Sales Managers and their teams maximize sales productivity. John is also the author of The Four Faces of Sales™, a tactical guidebook for shepherding salespeople through a branded sales process. As a sales coach, John delivers one-on-one and online coaching to business-to-business sales forces. His client work includes Mass Mutual, Trading Technologies, and Nikon to name a few. A former National Champion in fencing and Olympic Festival athlete, Mr. Orvos began his career at RR Donnelly & Sons, the world's largest commercial printer. A native of Princeton, New Jersey, Mr. Orvos is a 1989 graduate of Penn State University.
  Sandra Poster, Ph.D
Executive Consultant

Sandra Poster is a core ProDirect team member. As an executive coach and consultant, Dr. Poster has over 25 years of experience in the area of sales training and presentation skills. She has designed and delivered programs for corporations, organizations and special interest groups and is a frequent presenter at conferences and meetings. Recent clients include Lehman Brothers, Moody's Investors Services, Accessor Capital Management, TD Waterhouse Investor Services, Inc., Deloitte and Touche, and Columbia University. Sandra holds the rank of Full Professor at the City University of New York where her areas of expertise include Selling Skills, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Communication and Videoconferencing. Sandra received her BA in Speech with honors from the University of Maryland, her MA in Communications from the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Pennsylvania, and her Ph.D. in Communication Arts and Sciences from New York University.
  Jaye Smith
Executive Consultant

Jaye’s career as an executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant spans more than 20 years. Her forte lies in helping executive women build and manage successful lives and careers. She also works with organizations to support their efforts to build their leaders, teams and systems so that they are vital, motivated and in alignment with the strategic vision. Jaye co-founded and led Partners in Human Resources International, a women-owned consulting firm, for the last 10 years. Jaye drove the Women’s Leadership Initiatives and Career Management programs. Prior to that, she managed her own consulting practice and served as an internal consultant to Chemical Bank’s Career Services. Jaye has also directed the human resources consulting and career development practice of a major New York-based consulting firm. Jaye’s clients include: Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, SEI Investments, Ernst & Young, Standard and Poors, Fitch Ratings, Chemical Bank, Schering Plough, HBO, and MTV Networks. Jaye holds an M.A. in Counseling from New York University with a focus on Adult Career Development, and a B.A. in Psychology from City College of the City University of New York.
  Jo Wein
Executive Consultant

Jo Wein is an executive coach with experience in sales, training and development, and career transition management. She has coached executives in a broad range of industries including financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, high tech, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, new media, and telecommunications. A popular public speaker, Jo has addressed many professional organizations and university groups including: Municipal Bond Women’s Club, Sales & Marketing Executives of New York, GE’s Women’s Network, the Healthcare Business Women’s Association, Bowdoin College, Cornell University, Advertising Women of New York, and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association. She has also appeared on CBS-TV’s “Wall Street Journal Report” and FNN’s “Focus.” Jo earned a BA degree in English from SUNY at Albany and a MAT in English from Columbia University.
