Once we work with management to determine goals, a coach is chosen and the coaching for each candidate begins.
Manager as Coach
More and more leaders are claiming they have no bandwidth to develop their people. Manager as Coach is designed to help leaders simultaneously focus on results and coach for individual development. Effective leaders learn to influence through personal power rather than through their position as boss by becoming a collaborative resource, sounding board, and an internal coach for their employee's goals and objectives. Managers learn to create a covenant with their employees to foster improved performance, retention, and loyalty. Manager as Coach is provided as a seminar, or in 3 and 6-month formats.
ProDirect’s Exceleration Coaching is designed to compliment any succession-planning program. The Exceleration Coaching program provides the coaching and learning experiences necessary for rising stars to get ready for the next step in their career. Participants learn to model successful leadership behaviors and fully understand the greater scope of responsibility and accountability required in their next role through a balance of coaching, training, fieldwork and mentoring. Exceleration Coaching is provided in 3-month and 6-month formats.
Designed primarily for leaders with interpersonal communication and collaboration skills as their central developmental issue, Corrective Coaching helps leaders and their organizations create a culture of respect for the individual. Results are driven through a blend of individual assessment, critical incident review and re-role play of destructive behaviors. Targeted readings help participants dissect their unproductive behaviors while focusing on critical job objectives. This program focuses on key elements leaders need to inspire top performance and provide visible evidence of behavior modification to key stakeholders. ProDirect provides Corrective Coaching in tailored formats based on individual and organization need.
Change Leader Coaching
Leadership is defined by change. ProDirect has branded an executive coaching process that provides change leaders with the skills necessary to develop buy in and commitment from their teams, adopt effective work habits, and work towards achieving challenging yet tangible goals. The Change Leader Coaching process assesses managers’ ability to lead change initiatives, and quickly address identified skill gaps. Leaders with aggressive timetables will benefit from this 90-day intense focus on the efforts designed to embed change in individuals and the organization. At its core is the creation of watertight "Individual Development Plans" (IDP's) that change leaders can execute flawlessly. Delivered in an intensive 3-month format.
Sales Leader Coaching
Sales Leader Coaching gives sales leaders the focus and productivity to coach their teams uniquely. Given that 4 of 10 salespeople want job coaching and less than 4 in 10 receive it, there is a major opportunity to give high potential reps the just in time learning they need to win. While there’s no such thing as the perfect salesperson, there typically is one or two competencies holding a top performer back from exceptional performance.
